We had a booking confirmation through Agoda, but they had no booking for us. The staff gave us no help at all and left us to go work in a restaurant down the street. Awful place and awful staff.

The room was comfortable, but the toilet was small and the service was strange. Breakfast was good, though the accommodation as a whole was confusing. The online description didn't match what was offered. At a price of 100€, I expected a private pool, which we didn't have, and private parking, but instead we had to fit in wherever we could. Wouldn't stay again.

There's a small rooftop pool with a great sunset view, but the broken umbrellas and poorly maintained chairs and loungers made it uninviting. Parking inside the hotel gates is limited, though there's plenty across the road. The room was comfortable, with a little patio, good air conditioning, and good wifi. Breakfast had a good variety and a really good fresh caffe latte. Rocco is a very friendly host who joins guests each morning for breakfast. It's a nice family-run hotel in a great spot in Medulin, about a five-minute walk from the lively marina, cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. Safe travels 🇨🇦
