The room was cozy and the bed comfortable, and I felt at home. Breakfast was great and plentiful, and coffee and iced lemonade were available throughout the day. The landlady and staff were very nice. I did have trouble falling asleep because of noise until after midnight. Maybe it was neighborhood cats screaming at each other. The TV didn't work for us, but I didn't mind.

The hostess was extremely kind, always smiling, and worked incredibly hard. With breakfast included at the accommodation price, I think this place deserves a recommendation. Novalja is only a few minutes away by car. Our room was okay, and the TV didn't work, but that was fine. Breakfast was impeccable, despite what I'd read in some reviews. There was prosciutto, two or three kinds of bread, three kinds of salami, two cheeses, fried eggs, hot dogs, and various spreads. I wouldn't recommend the beach right in front of the property because of the sewage pipe. It's a disaster. Ručica beach, not far away, is a great option, with a small cafe and fast food on the beach. The water there is crystal clear.

There were 30 of us on a family holiday, and we'd love to come back! The large house has a superbly equipped kitchen, a great pool, and lovely shady places in the garden. It's about 50 metres from the pebble beach.

I stayed for a week, and the room was never cleaned. The towels and sheets were dirty, and the air conditioning was broken. The hotel was dirty overall. Breakfast was poor, with dirty glasses and expired food. They were understaffed, just one person doing everything and crying too. Staff spoke only Croatian, not even English. You pay for everything except tap water, even morning coffee at breakfast and sparkling water.
