Gumonca in Supetar with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms

Sanja made the whole stay easy, arranging everything we needed, including groceries for our arrival and a freshly baked cake. We were a big extended family of 13, with five children, and Villa Gumonca suited us perfectly. It's designed for a large group, with an ensuite bathroom in every bedroom and loads of good living space indoors and outside. The views were spectacular, and the quiet beach was just a short walk through a lovely organic vegetable garden that guests are welcome to use. We were sad to leave. Thanks so much, Sanja, for a fantastic trip. We highly recommend the place.

Sanja's help made this trip especially memorable. I sent about 1000 emails before we arrived and we had plenty of unusual requests during the stay, but she answered quickly and cheerfully every time. She even arranged for a car to bring our luggage the short way to the villa, greeted us with delicious fig pie, and helped set up some amazing catered feasts. It was a special week for all the families who'd come from different parts of the world, and everyone agreed it was one of the best holidays they'd ever had. Thanks again, Sanja! Mirca was peaceful, the beach stayed quiet, and Villa Gumonca sits just back from the shore. There's a working farm plot where you're welcome to pick fresh produce for cooking. The morning water was so still and glassy that I'll remember my swims for a long time. Supertar and nice port towns like Sultivan are close enough to enjoy. At night, you mostly hear people chatting after a few bottles of good local wine. We took a short private boat from the airport, about 45 minutes, and I highly recommend Tamaris Charters. We came with my family and four other families, all with kids under six, for a memorable week. The villa is beautiful inside and out and works really well for a large group. Every room feels like its own apartment, with plenty of space, an outdoor living area, and a separate bathroom. It's stocked with everything we could think of, from high chairs to deck chairs and laundry equipment. The BBQ and main outdoor dining space are incredible. The pool and all the decks looked even better in person than in the pictures, with sunset views we won't forget. The setup made me think of a 5 star hotel.

A calm, quiet spot right by the sea, and the place feels really cosy with tasteful decor. The landlady was so helpful and always available. I'd definitely recommend it for a pleasant seaside break.

The host and service were every bit as good as the 5 star property. It also has a farm, snorkel sets, a beach right there, table tennis, a swimming pool, and lots of places to sit.
