The terrace had a nice view, and the air conditioning worked well and blew cold. The pool was clean but cold. There were a few problems: the shower head had no holder and water came out of both ends 😨, one toilet seat hinge was broken, and only one hob surface worked.

The owner was entering our rooms along with other guests, and tried to charge us for using the pool at night. Other guests said they found underwear and pizza boxes left in their rooms when they arrived. The place was unclean and the AC didn’t work. I felt guests were treated very disrespectfully, and I’m disappointed. I’ll be making a formal complaint.

The rooms are mediocre, and the AC doesn’t cool them enough. The view from this apparent is amazing, though, you can’t beat it. Be sure not to leave anything unattended in the communal areas, as things tend to disappear.

Since February, I’ve been trying to cancel this one booking through VRBO because of the pandemic and our inability to enter the country. No one responds. VRBO passes you around, disconnects, and then gives you the wrong phone number to call. I’ve spent hours, and I mean hours, trying to cancel it among other bookings. It’s nice to see how difficult everyone is making this for tourists.

The family who owns the place keeps it in really nice shape. It has a warm, homely feel, and the pool area looks out over great views.
