The setting in Mali Ston is hard to beat. There’s a small public beach right outside and a shaded cabana that was perfect for quiet moments in the evening and morning. It was lovely watching locals come and go by boat with the rhythms of the day, right in front of the oyster farms. This is an excellent boutique family-run hotel for a stay in Ston or Mali Ston. The rooms are comfortable, though a bit dated, as you’d expect in an old building.

We stayed in the presidential suite, which was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The antique furniture really suited the place. It’s a charming hotel in Ston, a picturesque little oyster town, and the breakfast was incredible.

The rooms weren’t very soundproof, which makes sense in a converted family home, but everything else was perfect. It was clean, the local people were nice, breakfast was good, and the location was great.

This is about the restaurant, since there’s no way to leave a separate restaurant review. The Aperol was the worst and most expensive we’ve ever had, 9EUR. The Limoncello spritz was a little better, but still too watery. Prices were really high. The location is nice, and the restaurant and toilets look very good. Nice staff.
