There was no privacy or peace, and we could even hear the other guests snoring at night. I'd booked a superior double room, but was put in half of a family room shared with another family. The two rooms were joined by a door, so we could hear everything. It was a very disappointing experience compared with what had been advertised.

Our family had an amazing vacation at this wonderful hotel. Everyone found something they liked among the many dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, even though we all have different tastes. The restaurant team deserves special thanks for the great variety. The reception staff were so welcoming and quick to help with anything we needed. The animators and evening shows were top-notch too. Thank you to all the staff! 💞 I'd recommend a sea-view room, they were great 😊😊😊🥰🥰🥰👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Last Saturday, even with rain and thunder outside, the kids had a blast at the mini disco in the hotel lobby. The children's animation was excellent. Big compliments to the lovely, cheerful animators Ema, Laura, and Mateo, and to Lili and Liri for doing their best to entertain both the children and the parents 😊

The rooms are really beautiful, and the food was good. We also appreciated the indoor pool when the weather was bad. The animation team, especially Ana and Karla, were professional and friendly with our kids. The kids loved them!

10/10
We had food rated 10/10 at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and our room was both clean and beautiful. The large balcony had views on two sides. The service was great, especially from the animation team, who were friendly and professional with our kids, and the kids loved them. When the weather turned bad, we could choose between the outdoor or indoor pool, the finish sauna, or the Liri playroom with several animators. Definitely recommend.
