We were thrilled with this place two years ago, but this visit was disappointing. The grounds and apartments aren't maintained as well anymore. In our small apartment the bathroom mirror was smeared, the toilet was dirty, and the shower was only sort of clean. The towels were grimy, curtain rings torn, a halogen light flickered, and the air conditioner smelled musty. The TV didn't work and a remote was missing batteries. Wi-Fi showed as connected but didn't work either. The pool robot sat still for two days, then guests had to pull it out. The place is advertised as NEW, but it definitely doesn't feel that way now, and the sauna is a complete mess despite also being advertised as new. We won't be coming back for a third time.
