The beach is right beside the apartment. It’s a pleasant, clean spot with enough shade, clean and usually quite warm water, and a rocky, pebbly bottom. There are quite a few sea urchins, so bring suitable footwear. Work was going on at the neighboring beach area, where the owners of recently built luxury suites were sorting it out. The apartment’s big glass entrance door means you need to run the AC in the morning to keep things cool. Construction next door was annoying, though it wasn’t the apartment’s fault. If you arrive after 15th of June, that work shouldn’t be happening, since construction is prohibited during high season. We stayed in the ground-floor C1 apartment. It’s spacious, with high ceilings, a large living room and kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The outdoor patio was a nice extra, great for relaxing with family in the evening. The furniture seemed fairly new and modern, and there were two air conditioners, a dishwasher, cooker, oven, TV, hairdryer and the other basics. The TV only had a few german channels, but who watches TV on vacation anyway? There was enough cutlery and cookware, though a big family might want to bring larger pots. Free parking in front fits about 6-7 cars, which could be an issue in high season. The street is a dead end, so there’s almost no traffic. The apartment was fairly clean and had no odours. The sheets were fresh, there were plenty of towels, and the toilet was spotless. The patio cushions were a little dirty, probably because stray cats sometimes nap there. Two very friendly ladies greeted us. Check-in was quick, they showed us the apartment and the other amenities, including free deckchairs to take to the beach. Booking and communication with the owner went smoothly too. The staff were helpful throughout.
