It felt very safe and suited both families and couples. The beach, grocery store, restaurants, and Old City were all close, and there was air conditioning. There were a lot of mosquitoes, though, and sometimes the air smelled like feces. The TV inside wasn’t connected to the internet, so there was no YouTubeTV. The older couple who showed us the Airbnb initially said we had to leave a day early. They checked the dates again and apologized.

We were visiting friends who were staying there, and the landlady seemed quite displeased that we’d come by. When we said goodbye to leave, she hurried our friends along, even though they only needed to take their things to the car.

The location was really convenient, near shops, the beach, and the old town. Nice accommodation and owners too. I can only recommend it.

The booking agency was helpful, and the sea view was nice, but the stay was a big disappointment otherwise. We had two children. The double bed was fine, but the other sleeping option was a hard couch, completely unsuitable for sleeping. For two weeks, the hosts showed no interest in their guests. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and we had to buy dishwasher capsules and laundry detergent after finding no dishwasher capsules and just one washing machine capsule. There were no spices, and the TV seemed like it was from the Bolshevik era. The worst moment was when the hosts came to tell us to be quiet even though it wasn’t quiet hours. They also used racist insults toward us. If you’re adults on your own, it may be okay, but if you have children, avoid this apartment if you can.

The hosts were friendly, and the apartments were clean and practical. Shops are just a few minutes away on foot. The beach is around 600 meters away and is lovely for families, with shallow water for children. We’d happily come back! 🥰
