We were welcomed with two beers and some water, and got a bottle of rakija as a farewell gift. The room had a bathroom and kitchenette, plus a big terrace and air conditioning. It was very close to the sea. I'd definitely recommend it!

Everything we needed was provided, and the place was clean and pleasant. The hostess was nice, though she doesn't speak English. I'd recommend the apartment.
