The place is quiet, and the owners are really friendly. The apartment has everything you need, air conditioning included. Both the supermarket and sandy beach are about a five-minute walk away. I'd happily recommend it 👍

The biggest plus is how close the beach is. Still, at over 100 euros a night, I expected more, and I wouldn't book this apartment again or recommend it to friends for that price. We were three people staying from 13.7. to 20.7., seven nights in July. The hostess, Mrs. Monika, was kind and checked whether we needed anything. The hosts also left us in peace, which we appreciated. I'd call both the apartment and hostess just average, okay, nothing special. We booked directly with the host, without booking, but paid the same price as on booking. They photographed our IDs, but we didn't get an invoice or registration confirmation. The apartment was very small, with a cramped bathroom and a tiny shower. There's no TV, which I find hard to believe for a place costing over 100 euros a night in 2025, though apparently it can happen. Cleanliness was mostly fine, but the bathroom mirror and area under the bed weren't clean. The glasses had white marks, so we washed them before using them. The furnishings were passable, though the wardrobe wobbled, the old bed creaked, and the terrace table was worn and unusable. There were little scratches in the bathroom too. The kitchen was short on equipment: no hood, microwave or toaster, and too few dishes. There wasn't a coffee pot, small spoons or a tea strainer. I also didn't like paying extra for cleaning and towels. Air conditioning, internet and parking would have been good to have.

Monika was friendly and helpful, and the apartment is in an ideal spot. The bedroom is roomy, the bed is comfortable, and we slept well. For two people, the kitchen dining area and little balcony were enough, and the fridge was excellent. The bathroom was okay, though the shower and its curtain made it feel much too small. The place was very clean. All in all, I can recommend it.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the landlady was warm and helpful, including with directions to nearby places. The house is in a great spot, close to the center while still peaceful. It's about a ten-minute walk into the center, where there's plenty to see in historic Nin. The beach is around five minutes away on foot. Shops, three large supermarkets, a mini-market and a bakery are also nearby, along with two restaurants. The beaches are sandy and especially good for families with children. For deeper water, Zaton Beach is sandy too and only 2 km away. You can stroll along the beach or explore other areas. I had no complaints. The hosts were really nice, and I'd recommend the apartment.
