Dream House Apartment

The host was responsive and available during our stay, and the location is very convenient. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk between Queens Beach and the center of Nin, with two supermarkets right downstairs. The main issue was cleanliness. The shower curtain was in very poor shape, the bathroom door was crumbling, there was mold in the shower, and the sofa bed was stained. When we opened it, we found crumbs and food bits. The listing also mentioned toiletries and cooking spices, but there was nothing, not even salt or oil. The bedroom faces one supermarket's parking lot, and its lights stay on all night, which made sleeping less pleasant. The apartment needs serious improvement in cleanliness and amenities. During our time in Croatia, we stayed in five other places that cost less and were much better quality.

Apartment no. 6 was in perfect order and matched the description, and almost everything about the stay was great. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. The only small kitchen issue was that there was just one little spoon. Also, the air conditioning's outdoor unit on the balcony was failing. Its fan or compressor kept making different squeaks that bothered everyone living nearby.
