We used our own boat during a fantastic burnout-prevention week at Villa Rita in September 2022. The staff did a lot to make things pleasant, stocking the fridge with snacks, drinks, fresh vegetables, coffee, and more. The villa itself had everything we needed and then some. It's one of the best places I've ever visited, and I'd recommend it without hesitation as a base for exploring the area around Zadar.

Even on a rainy day, there was plenty to do at Villa Rita I: the covered outdoor space has a wooden bar, and there's a pool, whirlpool, e-bikes, stand-up paddleboards, table tennis, darts, and more. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hosts' generosity showed in the included contents of the fridge and minibar. We arrived by boat, which made the place especially convenient. The dock is right by the house, and a short walk along the canal takes you straight out to sea.

We spent 14 days here as a family, and it was a wonderful holiday. The kids loved the pool and whirlpool. The villa was well looked after and very clean and tidy, with plenty of drinks, fruit, and a sweet surprise waiting when we arrived. We didn't lack for anything. There are two e-bikes, a stand-up paddleboard, and a ping-pong table, among other things. The villa's management was extremely friendly and helpful.

There was plenty to keep us busy here: a kayak, jet ski, ping-pong table, badminton rackets, foosball, two e-bikes, plus the pool and whirlpool. The beach and old town are both close by. The landlord was super friendly, and the fridge was stocked with fruit on the table when we arrived.
