Apartments Ivezic

A wonderful spot, just lovely for a lifetime.

It was okay.

Great!

The balcony was the only good part. It was cleaner than the apartment inside. The cleanliness was appalling. If dust bothers you, stay away. We found chips and cookies under several pieces of furniture, and Lego, colored pencils, yogurt lids, and other rubbish under and behind the sofa. The mattresses were heavily stained, and the bed bases were made from assorted wooden planks. The sheets were dry and bobbled enough to scratch, and some even had holes. Of the four bedside lamps, one didn't work and another had no bulb, so the room wasn't fully dark. The apartment also smelled unpleasant once the windows were shut, though they had been open when we arrived. Insulation was poor: some parents left their babies crying from 11 p.m. to 11:50 p.m. The listing mentioned laundry, but there was no washing machine in our apartment. It seemed furniture wasn't moved for cleaning, even the light sofa or the clothes rack on wheels. I assume nobody vacuumed underneath, either. When I tried to ask the owner whether she or someone else cleaned the place, perhaps because she didn't know its condition, she blocked me without explanation, apology, refund, or any further discussion.
