The owners were very helpful and speak excellent English, plus a little Italian. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two terraces, with room for seven people. There’s no living room, though we didn’t miss one, and there’s a TV in the kitchen. One small quirk that didn’t affect our stay: you have to cross the terrace to reach the third bedroom. Novalja’s center is less than a 10-minute walk away.

The staff were friendly, and for the price we were ultimately satisfied with our seven or eight days there. We had a two-level villa with two terraces, in a fairly convenient spot near the Novalja waterfront. The agency seemed well organized for groups and had no restrictions. There were seven of us in a villa meant for ten. Inside, things were maintained and in order, though the furnishings were basic, as you’d expect in a vacation home. We had some small problems with neighbors that caused more than one issue. The agency was helpful but didn’t resolve them. Good value for money, recommended.

We booked the studio for three nights, but the apartment we were shown looked nothing like the Booking.com pictures. It was much smaller, with ancient, worn furnishings and furniture that smelled awful. We canceled right away and still had to pay half the price. The owner refused any compensation. It felt like a complete scam. Save yourself the trouble.

We came across this apartment by chance and the family welcomed us when we arrived. It’s 100 meters from the beach, and the location is central while still away from the noise. Shops, aperitifs, and more are about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment and location were wonderful. Highly recommended.
