The host was incredibly thoughtful. When we asked for a bucket to wash a few clothes, she offered to do them in her washing machine, and she was so helpful and caring. The apartment and bathroom were comfortable and super clean, too. It's right in the middle of Novalja, near one of the town's biggest supermarkets. We'd definitely return, and hope to be back next year for our week at zcre beach.

The parking area is mostly fenced off and screened from people passing by. These are excellent, family-friendly apartments, very modern inside, especially upstairs, and extremely clean and tidy. Recommended.

I stayed here for a week in Novalja with a group of friends while we were on holiday on the island of Pag. The owner was polite and helpful, and never bothered us. We respected the house rules, and the stay went smoothly. Just be careful in the shower so water doesn't spill across the bathroom, since the shower tray is very shallow and water runs out on the other side. The place has three large double beds and air conditioning that works really well. The mattresses felt a bit uncomfortable to me, though that's just my personal opinion. Recommended.

The owner was very kind and available nearby if we needed anything, while still giving us privacy and never disturbing us. The apartments were new, very clean, and tidy. Restaurants, bars, the beach, and the new seafront promenade are all within a five-minute walk. Shops are easy to reach too, with everyday things at normal prices. Everything was great.
