Apartments Nikola Caska

The large terrace was my favorite spot, especially for having coffee in the morning with that lovely view. Our apartment was spotless, tidy, and had everything we needed for a family break. Caska was peaceful and suited us well, while still being close to everything. The girl working there was always kind and ready to help, and the landlady was warm and lovely too. We’d happily return and recommend it.

Sonja was a cheerful host and took time to explain things and help us out. The apartment has a shaded terrace and a washing machine, plus a spacious living room with a kitchen and air conditioning, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It’s nicely equipped for 2-4 people. There’s no microwave, but we managed fine with the oven. The bay view is beautiful. A small beach is beside the house, and a larger one is a five-minute walk away. Shops are 6-8 minutes by car, and the Sonus festival is 20 minutes on foot.

We’ve stayed here five years in a row for parties at Zrce Beach. The place is very clean, has everything we need, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the view is great. You can hear bass from the party beach between 8 pm and 6 am, so anyone booking without checking what’s nearby has only themselves to blame. Apart from that, it’s very quiet, with no party scene.

The building is in a very good spot, and the apartments are clean and well equipped. Szonja, the housekeeper, is a fairy!
