Great value and close to everything. The hosts were lovely, welcoming, and kept the place very clean.

We first met our host in Germany, and we're already looking forward to our Pag holiday. He's friendly and dependable, shares helpful tips, and is ready to help with anything. We're travelling as a young family and already feel cared for and in good hands.

The whole situation was stressful, especially after our 19-hour drive. We had to find somewhere else during peak season, and the host said everything was fully booked. He could have contacted us or rearranged things in time, but instead he was rude and unprofessional. Hosts who mislead people trying to enjoy a holiday shouldn't be allowed to do this. I'd suggest booking a hotel in Novalja instead, where everyone is friendly and the quality is very good. Hotel Kaneo comes highly recommended from me. We'd booked an apartment but couldn't get there until a day later than planned. We told the host a few days ahead and still paid for that night. When we arrived, he said there'd been a mistake and the apartment was already booked. The replacement was far worse, honestly the worst apartment I've seen. I felt he had lied to us from the start. Airbnb refunded our money, but that didn't undo the hassle.

There are lots of lovely beaches nearby, including Jadro and Babe, and the setting works for families as well as people looking to party. The town center is no more than a 10-minute walk. The host family were really welcoming. Thanks for a wonderful holiday, we'd happily come back. Highly recommended! Best wishes.
