Apartments & Rooms Villa Casia

The whole stay was a disaster. When we left, an employee arrived with the deposit and inspected every little thing before handing it back, lifting mattresses and checking the toilet bowl. It felt like the police searching my apartment. The trouble started at arrival, when they asked for a €200 deposit that hadn’t come up in our earlier messages. We had to rush to an ATM, and were told it was mentioned in the rules on Booking.com, tucked somewhere nobody reads. Then a group of 16 younger guests arrived, drunk constantly, with nobody there to keep them in check. The first night went on until 4 a.m., and the next day they took over the pool. It got even worse when they fought and one of them bled all over the property. We called the agency, and they sent an employee who calmed them down, but only until the following night.

It’s a stylish new building with a nice feel and a huge balcony. But for that price, I’d expect the Wi-Fi to stay connected and the pool loungers not to be broken.
