Everything else was superb, but advertising a sofa as a proper place to sleep needs to stop. We paid for a bed space and didn't get one. A sofa would only work for that if it came with a mattress, blankets, and pillows, which it didn't. Just lower the maximum number of people on the booking page. It's a big problem with a simple fix.

We had a really pleasant stay, and thank you, Rob! The apartments were modern and clean, and the owner was friendly. Our basement room had small windows, but a huge terrace with a grill and its own entrance, so that wasn't an issue for us. Parking was easy, and the street felt fine and safe. There's a beach with a few food bars very close by. We also drove to nearby beaches, no more than 30 minutes away. Novalja is a 15-20 minute walk, nice for an evening stroll.

A fantastic spot close to a local beach. The main beach, Zrce, is only a five-minute cab ride away.

A place that feels both interesting and satisfying, with everything close by. Definitely a nice find.
