We couldn't even shower or lie down in bed after our 14-hour drive because the place was so filthy. The rooms smelled of mold, everything was dirty, and the cupboards looked like they were about to fall off the walls. During dinner on the terrace, where we'd gone because we were so disgusted, a man appeared and filled five buckets with chlorine powder into bags right beside us. It was hard to breathe. When we complained to the staff, they just said nothing could be done for us. There were eight of us, including children aged two months, four years and six years, staying at Ventus Hotel on August 9, 2025. The accommodation cost €240, and we were also charged €60 for cleaning and €8 tourist tax. They took a €100 security deposit when we arrived and returned it when we left. It's disgraceful to put a family, or anyone, in a dump like this. The pictures clearly show the state of the accommodation. The people running it know what conditions guests are being put in. It's brazen and pathetic, and the company should be ashamed to offer a room like this. We'll warn people against staying here.

The apartment itself fell short of what you'd expect. The area around it is lovely, though, and the sea is only about a five-minute walk away.
