Please be careful before booking. On 16.06.2025, police closed the whole camp and gave us and the other guests just 10 minutes to pack and leave. They said the hotel/camp was illegal. A notice on the wall said the decision had been made on 09.06.2025, a week earlier, so the staff must have known but didn't tell us. We'd paid a 350 euro deposit and still had 3 nights left. There was nobody at reception to explain what was going on, and they haven't answered our emails or messages. We were put out at 11h in very hot weather and had to find somewhere else at short notice, which cost us a lot. Even after the closure, their website was still taking bookings and Instagram was advertising upcoming events. I'm sure they knew about this, but kept it from guests. The hotel needs to answer our emails and calls before planning new events.

The clubs and bars are fun, and I guess partying is why most people come. The cabins are cute and the pool's nice for a dip, but for the price I expected more. Staff were lovely and helpful. The place is in the middle of nowhere, though, with very few food options and the shop a drive away.

We had a really comfortable stay during the festival. The apartment was modern and didn't overlook anything, and inside it was clean and up to date. The pool wasn't very deep, but it was great for cooling down in the heat. Service was excellent, and Zcre Beach, with its shops and clubs, was no more than 2 minutes away.

The location puts you right in the middle of the action, but I didn't think the price was justified. They're strict about every little thing, including a 5€ charge for a lost key card, which other hotels usually replace for free. There were only two of us for a suite meant for 6 people. Requested towels or bed changes did arrive promptly, but the rooms are falling apart, almost as if it's to make extra charges easier. I'd document every bit of damage when you check in, in case they try to bill you for it.

The room was average, and service was almost nonexistent, though having a private pool at each house is a big plus. It's close to the beach, food places, and all the big nightclubs, so it's never quiet. Only choose it if you're coming to Navalja for the nightlife.
