Nothing but good things to say.

The building has around eight rooms, and the guests are often partying in their rooms with plenty of alcohol. We had three nights of constant parties, and security was called one night for some young guests. Staff could have stepped in sooner. There's no outdoor place to sit and socialize, so it all happens inside. If you're after peace and comfort, I think there are better places for this price. You can walk quickly to the center and port, and parking is spacious and free. The apartments are generally clean and maintained, with stairwells and surrounding areas cleaned daily, but the cleaning starts in the morning. Between 8 and 9 a.m. you can hear the women working in the stairwell, so sleeping in is out. The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; go in after 9 and a man on a scooter appears right away to say you have five minutes to leave. Makes you wonder about the surveillance. Linens are changed every five days. In the evenings and at night, until midnight, the water pressure is very low, sometimes there's no tap water at all, so forget about bathing then. The internet is weak and often disconnects. Balconies are wide, with a table for 5-6 people, but watch out for cigarette ash from the balcony above when guests forget their manners. The air conditioner in the kitchenette doesn't reach the last room, so you either sleep with the bedroom door open or swelter. Don't count on the pool either, since there are pools in every fifth apartment.

The place was extremely dirty. The cleaning service came back and somehow left it even dirtier. There were ants in the kitchen and mold in the showers, among other things. We were meant to be staying in the "Premium Apartment," too. Wouldn't recommend it.

Good value for the price. The kitchen and bathroom both worked fine and, most importantly, were clean. The terrace and pool were a real plus. Malinko gave quite a hill from the sea and from 5 to the accommodation, but it didn't ruin the holiday 🙂
