Top notch.

We left early, and now we're facing several thousand euros in charges for services we never got. The apartments were in rough shape too: the air conditioners were broken, furniture was damaged, and cleanliness was poor. Several items were already damaged when we arrived, yet they're asking us to pay exorbitant sums for ordinary wear on things that are 15 years old, as though the damage were new. The security staff made the stay stressful from the first evening. A group of muscular men yelled at us and our neighbors in an aggressive, intimidating way. They seemed to patrol from 10 p.m. looking for rule violations to confront guests about. We tried the pool after a long day of travel. Its own sign said 8 p.m., while other signs said 10 p.m., and there wasn't a clear usage schedule elsewhere. Since we were keeping to the general quiet hours starting at 10, we thought it was fine. At 9 p.m., an employee shouted at us to leave and hurled insults in broken English. The way he spoke to us was completely out of line. After that, we were worried things would escalate again, so we avoided the accommodation after 9 and practically fled. It ruined the holiday. The communication was disastrous, the service was missing, and the charges feel like pure extortion. Think carefully before putting yourself through this, or choose somewhere guests are made to feel welcome.

At €500 a day for an apartment, this was the worst place I've ever stayed. The service and the way they treated me were terrible. They kept my deposit over alleged hidden damage that only they knew about, then showed it to me and charged me. On our last morning, the apartment cleaners were casually eating breakfast at our table. I highly recommend avoiding it.

The pool umbrella has apparently been broken for several seasons. Inside, the furniture was in terrible shape, with chips everywhere. The shower doors in one bathroom had come off their hinges, and the bedroom doors were chipped too. There was no proper handover when we arrived in the evening. A man simply opened the door and handed over the keys without showing us around or explaining anything. Afterward, they refused to return our deposit, saying it was for a broken closet door lying on top of the closet, 2.5 meters up. None of us had even seen it. Nobody had shown us the apartment, but then they claimed something was broken. They're deceiving people and keeping their deposits. I don't recommend staying here.
