Residences Bellavista 2

Everyone was so friendly during my stay at Residencea Bellavista, and Tea was especially attentive and helpful with all my questions. She also arranged an early check-in and late check-out for me. The hospitality was outstanding.

The room had a modern interior, a large balcony, and a spacious toilet, with a nice view over Novalja and the sea. It was tidy and well cleaned. The city centre is a seven-minute walk away. The hosts were professional and flexible, and there’s parking.

We had a terrible stay, and the lack of safety made it even worse. Our apartment door wouldn’t lock properly, so staff and other tourists came in without warning, including once in the middle of the night. We were frightened. The room was dirty, several amenities were broken, and we never got fresh towels or sheets. Our apartment was much too small for our group, and the staff were rude. Before we even got in, reception was absent for more than two hours despite our having agreed on a check-in time. Then we had to wait longer under the boiling hot sun. Other groups blasted techno at 8 in the morning, and staff did nothing. It was hard to get a decent night’s sleep. If zero stars were possible, that’s what I’d give.

There was a strong smell as soon as I entered, which made me uncomfortable, and the staff wouldn’t cooperate when I asked for a refund. I had a very unpleasant stay and wouldn’t recommend the place. Read the AirBnB reviews before booking.
