Tomana B Apartments

We’ve stayed with Ventus three times before, but after this fourth visit, a 14-day stay that cost over 4000 EUR, we won’t return. Our split-level Apartment Tomanna on Samoražnij put in Novalja was a complete disappointment. There was no peace, day or night. We called security three times, but the night-time quiet was ignored every night. The holiday became stressful, and we ended up literally running away from the accommodation. The state of the place was far below standard. The yard was messy, with weeds everywhere and cigarette butts in the bushes. Inside, we found hair on the stairs, in the bathroom, and in the closets. The towels were stained, the bed linen was grey, and we had to buy light bulbs because the ones there didn’t work. There was broken glass in the kitchen, and the utility room was full of rubbish. Then, on the final morning, the cleaning ladies came into the apartment at 8:30, an hour and a half before the official 10:00 checkout. They interrupted us while we packed and ran around the yard as if waiting for us to leave. The whole holiday was stress and disappointment. For more than 4000 EUR, we expected clean, working accommodation and basic rules to be followed. Ventus let us down. Apartment Tomanna and Ventus, never again.
