We arrived around midnight and were glad the 24-hour service was available. The owners welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of useful details about Novi vinodolvski, including supermarkets, restaurants, and the best beach spot. The apartment was fine, not fancy, though we didn't need luxury. The beach and city center were nearby, and we had a big balcony to ourselves. We'll definitely come again.

The lady owner was so polite, and a lovely person.

I'd avoid booking this property. They took our money, then cancelled our reservation only hours before the holiday began, blaming overbooking and leaving us stranded. It seemed the apartments went to whoever offered the most, over a nice glass of grappa.

What you see in the online pictures doesn't match the actual place.
