The balcony was a highlight, with lots of space and a great view. The hotel itself is calm and uncrowded, and the pool is a nice place to relax. Rooms are okay, nothing special, and there’s air conditioning. Towels and a hairdryer are provided, but there’s no shampoo. The staff are great. Breakfast was straightforward, with fresh bread, vegetables and ham, and you can ask for scrambled eggs. The coffee was okay, though not the best. It’s about five minutes to the beach, which gets crowded and isn’t especially nice. You can buy food and other things there, and it’s possible to run along the beach early in the morning. There are shops nearby, including Konzum, and the city centre is around an eight-minute walk away. The city is beautiful and fairly big. There’s underground parking, but it costs €10 a day even though the booking said it was free. The entrance is a bit tricky, especially with a large car, so finding a decent spot may take some luck. It’s a nice hotel for a peaceful stay if you want to use the pool, but there’s no big wow factor. I’d recommend it overall.

The Wi-Fi was a real problem during our few days here. It was either extremely slow or unavailable, and that was a big drawback since my husband and I needed it for work. This was our second stay in two years, and if nothing changes, we’ll have to think about coming back. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly. I also appreciated that they provided the gluten-free bread and dairy-free milk I requested for breakfast. Thank you for that.
