Novigrad was peaceful and felt authentic while we were there, with few tourists and locals going about their lives. It is a lovely Dalmatian coastal location, near mountains, forests, the sea, and national parks, with Zadar close by too. The water was clean and full of life. Karinsko more is warmer than the Adriatic, so we were swimming from early May. There's a local beach about ten minutes from the apartment. We stayed in Family Buterin’s apartment for two months, from April to June, during our trip around Croatia, and had an amazing time. It was well organized, fully equipped, and built with high quality materials. We could work remotely, cook, and live there comfortably. The balcony and bedrooms had astonishing views, and the second terrace got direct sun all day. The hosts were kind and caring, responded right away, and helped with every request. They also shared tips and recommendations. Novigrad is known for fishing, and we enjoyed fresh seafood, especially mussels, at nearby restaurants. Konoba Mika is just a few doors from the apartment and is worth trying. For weekly groceries, we went to Plodine in Posedarje or to Zadar. There are also two smaller markets very close to the apartment in Novigrad. We'd definitely return. Choosing Novigrad and this apartment was a great decision.
