We travel a lot, and it's rare to find a place that puts so much care and dedication into what it does. At Kolo, Mia and Ivan made sure we had a fantastic dinner even though we have dietary restrictions and need gluten-free food. We mentioned it when booking, and Mia even baked gluten-free bread and a chocolate cake just for us. Ivan prepared amazing meals with some lovely local wine, and it was to die for. We'll make Kolo a regular stop when we're in Istria, and highly recommend it.

We had four-course dinners on both nights, and every dish was tasty, interesting, and delicious. They also offer pairings with wine or olive oils, and the menu includes fresh fish. This is a small, cozy pension and restaurant where you can feel at home. Mia and Ivan are helpful, lovely owners, and every detail feels planned. Big recommendation for dinner. We'll definitely be back!
