The personal welcome stood out: our host greeted us by name and showed us around, and breakfast on the restaurant terrace came with plenty of smiles. Dinner is homemade-style cooking, tasty and served in good portions if you feel like trying it. Parking right in front under the pines was a real plus in a place where spaces are hard to find. The room was for four and had a very large terrace, with two big doors/windows opening onto it. The furnishings feel like they’ve been around for 20-30 years, and one roller blind wouldn’t move up or down. Those were minor issues for us. It’s a hotel-like place, though technically not a hotel, and the old-fashioned feel wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. Breakfast was fine, and all in all we had a very good experience with a warm human touch.

Service was good, but the food wasn’t. The pizza was a bit undercooked and not very tasty. The grilled mix, though, was the best. Two adults shared it and there was more than enough.
