Apartmani Island

The view is beautiful, and the location works well if you have a car. The apartment was okay but overpriced. It was mostly clean, though there was dirt under the beds and behind the couch, just where kids like to explore. We also found leftover food in the kitchen, possibly from previous guests, which didn't feel hygienic. We felt unwelcome and unsafe with the most unfriendly host we've ever encountered. Her hostility was especially directed at our kids, who were 1 and 4, so I would advise families against booking with her. She got angry when we asked for a receipt for the 400 euros cash deposit. We did eventually get it back, but only after difficult discussions. Our two apartments could sleep 10, but there were 7 of us and she still charged local tax for 10 people. When we tried to add an eighth person, she again demanded cash without a receipt, so we booked a separate room around the corner instead.
