There were beetles inside, the door didn't shut properly, and the walls were so thin we could hear all the nearby neighbors. When we arrived, the apartment wasn't the one we'd booked, so naturally we didn't want to stay. We sent photos showing dust and beetles, but got the same response we get now: that everything is fine for them and suitable for other guests. We're just describing what we found, whether or not the owners think it's a problem. Their home may seem best to them, but that doesn't mean guests will feel the same.

We've been to Croatia five times, and each time we've stayed at Apartments Gavric. Finka is a friendly host who is there whenever you need her. This year we needed a baby cot and highchair, and she told us before we travelled that she'd provide both for free, so we didn't have to carry them in the car. After hours stuck in traffic, we were glad to arrive. Finka brought us a cold drink straight away and left two bottles of cold water, since we had nothing cold with us and the shops were already closed. The beach is just a few minutes away, and you can walk to the supermarket, bakery, and newsagent. You can get around everywhere from the house. The room was very clean and well equipped, with nothing we needed to bring. The price is good compared with some other places, and Finka stays loyal to her guests by keeping the same prices. She clearly cares about their well-being. I highly recommend Apartments Gavric.

It's peaceful, very clean and comfortable, and near both the sea and the tourist center. The price feels fair for what you get. I'd recommend it.

Clean, comfortable apartments with good facilities and lovely hosts. The sea is close, and the price is affordable. A 10/10 stay, highly recommended.
