Apartments Milas

We loved these apartments. The best we’ve stayed in around Okrug!!!

We paid €490 for 8 days, which felt like a pretty good deal. The woman looking after us was kind and helpful, and the triple room, with a double bed and a single, was decent enough. Nothing fancy, but nothing bad either. The bathroom is small, though it should be fine for most people. It’s a nice area, but Copacabana is 1.1 km away. I’d recommend it.

The orange room worked well for us since we mostly used it to sleep and make the odd simple meal. The apartment had a big balcony with sun loungers and a little table, and the small bathroom was adequate. We paid €300 for 6 days through Booking.com, which was a great price. We arrived by bus, and the owners arranged to pick us up. They’re a really nice young couple. From the apartment, it’s only a few minutes down to the pebble beach. Trogir is easy to get to too: walk down to the harbor and take the water taxi. It costs the equivalent of maybe €2.50, and the ride is really beautiful. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

There’s constant noise in the house, with doors slamming and no respect for quiet, even at 1:30 a.m. I’m not exaggerating. You never see the landlords; there’s no presence at all. We paid €280 for 8 nights at the very last minute, but the booking portal listed 8 nights for a whopping €700. That’s a total rip-off!!!!!!! The apartment is all orange, which I found like way too much. It’s sparsely furnished, and while dishes and basic kitchen utensils are there, there are only two of each. No coat hooks, no big mirror. The only mirror is in the bathroom, way too high, so at 1.63m I ALWAYS have to stand on tiptoes. It gets pretty annoying. There are only wool blankets to cover yourself with, and the balcony is bare. The bathroom is tiny. If you’re a bit heavier, it’s hard to get to the toilet because the sink is in the way. It’s actually just about okay here. I do NOT recommend this accommodation!
