The owner and Lady, the on-site caretaker, were responsive and very helpful with anything we needed. We rented three spotless, well-equipped apartments for a week with a group of 14 and had a wonderful stay. The location gives you stunning sea views and easy access to both private and public beaches, in a beautiful, quieter setting for relaxing by the water. Omis and Makarska are each about a 20-minute drive away if you'd like to explore nearby cities. I highly recommend these apartments.

We had a wonderful time as a family of 17, renting the whole complex for two weeks, and we'd definitely stay again. The apartments were clean, roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Every balcony had an amazing view, such a lovely thing to wake up to each day. The beach was secluded and beautiful for swimming and relaxing, with a large patio area. The location is great, very close to Omis, a cute village with lots of fun things to do. I highly recommend the zip line. Split and Dubrovnik are also an easy drive. Our host was the best. He happily picked up my sister in Split when she arrived a day early, was available whenever we needed him, and quickly sorted a couple of minor issues. One night he even cooked us an amazing BBQ dinner!

We stayed in the apartment for eight people and felt right at home. It was modern and well equipped, in a quiet spot with access to a beautiful private beach. The view from the balcony is unforgettable. It felt like paradise, and we're 100% going back!

The climb back from the beach, with more than 150 steps, looked intimidating at first, but turned into a decent workout. Down there the beach is lovely, with plenty of sunbeds and paddleboards to rent. The apartments are new, spotless, and well equipped, and every room has air conditioning. The owner was on top of everything, driving us to and from Split airport, getting the extra kitchen items we requested, and sharing tips for markets and restaurants.

The location of the apartment is pretty good, but the claims about a private beach aren't accurate. Croatia doesn't have private beaches, though property owners can build their own access down to the water. I also didn't find the owner particularly pleasant.
