Apartments Borzic

We’ve stayed here several times and would happily recommend it. There are grocery shops and places to eat nearby, and the balcony has lovely views. The accommodation is perfectly adequate, and the owner is very helpful in making sure you have a pleasant stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Our trouble started when I used the Booking chat to ask for the obviously used, dirty bed linen to be changed at check-in. The owner became angry, came into the room without permission, yelled at us, and threatened to put us out on the street. We couldn’t stay with that kind of treatment. He then refused to refund our money, and I had to call the police. The owner’s replies to negative reviews here say plenty.

Things seemed promising at first. The owner was friendly and even offered us a welcome drink. Then, an hour before checkout on our last day, he came into the apartment and started stripping the beds while we were still packing. He got angry and shouted that we had ten minutes to leave. He stayed there yelling, threatened to call the police if we didn’t go right away, and said a lot of offensive things to us.

The location is the one good thing, close to the sea and town. The rooms looked very ugly, with dirty walls, bedding, and bathroom floor. Room equipment was badly lacking: there were no plates, cups, forks, or sharp knife, and the microwave was broken. When we reported what was missing, we got no response and were accused of stealing. The owner was mean.
