Apartments Joko

The photos make the apartment look much nicer than it is. In apartment no. 2, mold is growing on the wall and smells bad. We shut off the kitchen and dining area, and the worst patch is in the room by the bed, as shown in the photo. There's mold on the bathroom tiles too, with another unpleasant smell. The air conditioning also runs on a timer.

We stayed in ground-floor apartment no. 2, which stayed cooler than the top floor, and the air conditioning worked well. Inside, one room has a wide bed and a narrow one, while the kitchenette room has another narrow bed. There are plenty of outlets, and parking is practically beside the building or a little lower under the fig tree. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. My only complaint is that there's no window outside the entrance door.

The owner is really nice, and I'd recommend this for a couple with one child. It's fine if you're mostly heading to the beach, though the ground-floor apartments aren't especially high standard. They come with a shower, towels, kitchen, dishes, and bedding. There are two rooms, but one doesn't have a window.

It's a peaceful spot, near the beach and only a short way from the city center. The apartments aren't luxurious, but the low price makes up for that. I'd recommend it.
