We keep coming back, this was our fourth visit, and my wife and I love the place. Nedo takes good care of the building and his guests. The apartments are newly renovated, clean, comfortable, and have a view. It’s a short walk to the beach, with two restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The location is small and quiet. What more could you want?

We had a beautiful family holiday here. There’s a pretty beach, a shop, and a restaurant nearby. Omis is only 5km away, Split is 25km away, and you can also visit makarska. Dalmatia has beautiful places to see. The best part was the view from the room’s terrace at fortica 2. Regards from Ernest and family!

I booked the studio for nine nights, and the price and location suited us. It’s nicely equipped, and we had a parking spot under a roof. Our favorite beach, Lokva Rogoznica, is just a few minutes away by car, with free parking in a small lot right beside it. You can still find a space at around 9:00. I took off one star because the bathroom sink was clogged and the room’s air conditioning dripped.

The apartment matched its description and was spacious and nicely furnished. We had a lovely view of the sea and the island of Brač. There are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby, and it’s a very pleasant place to spend a holiday. Highly recommended.

A nice neighborhood, parking for the car, and a restaurant close by. It was easy to get in touch with the owner. Great holiday spot, I recommend it.
