It was perfect.

We spent six nights here, and from the start the clean, sturdy building with its modern finish made a good impression. Our apartment had two bedrooms with fairly comfortable beds, plus a kitchen and a roomy living area with a comfy sofa and a table with five chairs. The kitchen had a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink, and plenty of shelves stocked with cutlery, glasses, plates, pans, and what we needed to cook and eat. The air conditioning in that area worked well, seemed in good shape and almost new, and didn’t smell. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a shower, toilet, and mirror. There weren’t any thick bedcovers, so bringing two blankets would be useful. The manager was very kind and helpful, explained everything, and stayed in touch. I arrived well before check-in and sat on a bench in front of the hotel, looking out at Croatia, while the apartment was cleaned. It took about four hours, and the cleaning after each guest was impeccable. The pool is small but clean, and the kids used it every day. It would feel luxurious if it weren’t shaded in the afternoon. Wi-Fi wasn’t always available, which made evening internet use a bit difficult for the kids. There are two ways down to the beach near the apartment. Some people complained about the slope, but I didn’t find it too steep, and my 8-year-old managed it easily. The view might suggest there’s a private beach, but there isn’t. The piers, access roads, and boat moorings along the coast are public, so you can walk there during evening strolls and see the hotel and the owners’ ingenuity. We went to a rocky beach 5 km from the apartment, in Omiš. From the hotel, turn right toward the center, then left off the main road before the church, where there’s free parking beside the beach. The next sandy beach is right in central Omiš, and I’d recommend it for children who aren’t strong swimmers. The water stays waist-deep even 100 meters from shore. At the rocky beach, it’s about 5 meters deep just 3 meters from shore. At the sandy beach there are two parking areas: a paved one costs 5 kunas per hour, while on the unpaved rocky ground you can park all day for 5 kunas. The meter says that price is for one hour, but parking on the rocky surface entitles you to the full day. Buy a ticket right away, as they check often and issue fines. There’s also a free, safe, fairly large private parking lot by the apartment. Two shops are nearby with goods at good prices, for example, bread for 6 złoty 😉 Every apartment has a beautiful sea view.

The pool was untidy, as the picture shows, and the owner tried to get us to sort the rubbish even though we only had one bin. The owners were a real disappointment, especially the owner's wife, whom we never saw and who behaved very badly. They wouldn’t let our child jump into the pool. We also had to buy charcoal ourselves because there wasn’t any for grilling outside. Honestly, never again.

The website photos were accurate, though the pool was much smaller in person. The apartment was clean and modern, but it could use a chopping board and air conditioning in the bedroom. I like things clean, so during my 10-day stay I brought a mop to wipe the kitchen floor, which got dirty when I used it.
