Cecilia was easy to approach and happy to help, so everything went smoothly. We had a spacious apartment on the floor above the garage, with two balconies, and it was very clean. It had all the things you'd expect in an average home. The garage had enough room for all the building's guests to park. For the beach, take the stairs about a two-minute walk from the apartment. There are also restaurants and bars within two to five minutes on foot, along with two stores, a fruit and vegetable stand, tourist information, and an ATM. It was a 10/10 holiday spot for us.

Cecilia, the owner, really does her best to make your stay great. The apartments are perfectly maintained, and they're in a quiet location just a stone's throw from the beaches. It's definitely somewhere you'd want to return to.

The location worked really well for us. The beach is a two-minute walk away, with shaded, wild beaches to the left and concrete walkways to the right. The scenic route to Omiš takes about 50 minutes, half along the road and half on a lovely seaside promenade. The market in Omiš is a treat for the senses and your wallet, and the local delicacies are worth trying. Our apartment had a sea-view balcony, a huge terrace with a relaxation area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. After shopping at the local market, I could cook fresh fish and save on restaurant bills. The new air conditioning worked efficiently, and the garage kept the car out of the sun. For our longer holidays in Croatia, often two weeks, the washing machine was essential. A load cost €2, and various detergents, liquids, and fragrances were available. The owner welcomed us with homemade carob and cherry liqueur and handmade chocolates, such a memorable gesture. The liqueurs are lovely souvenirs or gifts for loved ones. Thanks for a fantastic stay at Villa Stari Koko. We'd love to return and wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️🌊
