Apartments Zemunik

The location was excellent, and the owners were very friendly. It took us about 3 minutes to walk to the beach with the kids. Coming back meant a bit of an uphill walk, but they managed easily. Parking was included, and though we arrived well ahead of schedule, we were able to leave the car there. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed for our seven-day stay. We booked through a booking portal and everything matched 100%. It was peaceful, and morning coffee on the balcony with that beautiful view was amazing. We’ll remember the stay fondly for a long time.

There are 3 bedrooms and a big living and dining room. The apartment was extremely clean, the view from the large terrace was fantastic, and the owners were very friendly. Definitely recommend.

For the price, this was very good, and the owner was really nice. I’d recommend it to people without high expectations. It’s obviously not a 5-star hotel, though at this price you can’t expect more. The best parts were the lovely terrace view and being close to the sea. In Duće, the sandy beach stretches for kilometers.

I was sober during the argument, and I was actually taking a shower in the bathroom, so you couldn’t even see me. You argued with my colleagues because we were talking on the terrace after 10:30 PM, and it felt like you were almost kicking us out. If you rent apartments to tourists, you can’t expect people on vacation to go to their rooms and sleep after 10:30 PM. We spent two nights at Villa Key in Cavtat, and the owner had no complaints about us, even though some other guests were really noisy. We didn’t complain, of course, because they were on vacation too.
