Vukasin was the clear five-star part of our stay at Hotel Damiani in Croatia. He was exceptionally kind and professional, and I’m grateful to him. We liked the atmosphere and appearance of the hotel, but the organization let it down. At 11:10, we were told breakfast had ended at 11:00, so we couldn’t even get coffee. That felt surprising for a hotel presenting itself as five-star. We’d booked a suite but were still required to check out by 11:00 am, with no courtesy extension. At a luxury hotel, I’d expect at least a noon checkout. Vukasin deserves the five stars, but management needs to improve its service standards.

I spent over two months at the Damianii hotel and was very happy there. It’s a comfortable, clean five-star family hotel in a splendid location. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and wonderful service, especially Josipa, Antonela, Nikola, and Tommy. Chef Domagoj deserves a special mention for the delicious dishes and the surprise side dishes. Thanks again for a lovely stay. I hope I’ll have time to return. Regards, Stefano.

Avoid this place. When we arrived, the bath was broken and unusable, and nobody had told us beforehand. The room was dirty and had broken items too. We left early and were told we’d get a refund, but nothing has come through.

The room was clean and spacious, with lovely views and a lovely balcony. We loved the setting, and the service was amazing, everyone was so kind and helpful. The pool and spa were gorgeous, and the gym had everything you’d need. The food was worth talking about, too. Each dish had such unique flavors that the chef came over to describe them, and breakfast was delicious every morning. Worth every penny.

This was our fifth holiday here, and the service is so personal and generous that I wish I could give the hotel six stars. The rooms are gorgeous, and the pool, gym, beach, and spa are excellent. Those facilities are shared by only 12 bedrooms. You can get by without a car, since there’s a bus route right outside and Omis is only a 20-minute walk away.
