Our room was very nice, and the staff were friendly. The hostel is super close to Camp Galeb, where our festival was, though it’s a bit of a walk into town. There’s no bar or restaurant apart from the breakfast room. You need to be out of the room by 11 a.m. so it can be cleaned.

I booked this hotel because of its high reviews, but it has just changed ownership. I was told some staff had left and new people had joined, and it seems they’re still ironing out the snags. It showed in the cleanliness and in the attitude of one receptionist. I’ve put a more detailed review on TripAdvisor.

The rooms were really nice, and breakfast was good with very pleasant service. For the price, the location is especially good. Just note there’s no kettle or iron.

A clean, quiet hotel, and the beach is nearby.
