The room was cramped and dated, and the bathroom door was just a board fixed to the wall. Meals were made with very poor-quality ingredients. The owner and her daughters seemed to serve everyone with constant grumbling, and staff complained about everything. After 10 PM, even sitting on the balcony and talking brought complaints. In all my 11 trips to Croatia, this guesthouse was the worst place I’ve stayed. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

We had a great meal at Pansion star. The mixed salad was the best I’ve ever tried, and the wine servings were generous. The mixed meat platter was enormous, easily enough for two from one portion. Everything was reasonably priced, and the service was great. The food was delicious, with authentic Croatian flavors. Highly recommend it.

My brother usually only eats our mom’s cooking, but he was completely won over by the spaghetti Bolognese. The sea bream was perfectly cooked, with a sauce that went beautifully with it. We also loved the pizza, which had just the right balance of dough and toppings, and the smashburger was the best I’ve ever had. The fries were fresh, not frozen, just as every restaurant should serve them. We came as a family and can hardly recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to return!

We found Pansion Star in Omis while looking for somewhere to have lunch, and it turned out to be a lovely choice. Zora greeted us with such a warm, upbeat manner and made us feel at home. The food was delicious, and we started with a tasty little appetizer on the house. At the end we were given another small gift, a thoughtful touch. Zora's kindness made the meal memorable. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars! 😊

We’ve been to Pansion Star restaurant several times and can’t praise it enough. The service from Zora, Karla, their family, and the staff has been exceptional. The atmosphere is lovely too, and the food is outstanding. We’re already looking forward to another visit and recommend the restaurant wholeheartedly.
