We booked a balcony room overlooking the canyon, and the view was breathtaking. The terrace is also a lovely spot for coffee, looking out over the Adriatic Sea at any time of day. The hotel is clean and very well presented, and just a two-minute walk from the Old Town. Parking is available there, and you can also get a bus from Split if you don’t want to rent a car or take a taxi. This family-run hotel made for a wonderful holiday. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and helped us book activities. They also lent us a map so we could plan walks and hikes nearby. Breakfast was generous and varied, and the restaurant served high-quality classic Croatian food. We feel lucky to have found this place and will definitely return. Nearby food recommendations are I Gemelli, Milo & Grego's. Places to visit include Klis Fortress, Makarska & Krka national park. There are lots of outdoor activities nearby, including boat rides, climbing, and kayaking. The nearby beaches are gorgeous, with changing facilities and showers.

Incredible stay in Omiš. The hotel made an already enjoyable trip even better. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I really liked the hot tub. Breakfast ran from 7-11, which meant it wasn’t crowded and we had plenty of time to eat, whatever time we got up. One day I went early on a local's boat on Cetina, around 8, and another day my old lady and I went out and got back very late. There was still more than enough time to have our meal both times. The servers and cleaning ladies were kind and helpful, and reception helped us a lot too. I’d definitely recommend it.

The views from Hotel Villa Dvor are a real highlight, with the Cetina River, Adriatic Sea, and surrounding mountains all in sight. It sits on rocky slopes above Omiš, close to the sandy city beach and within easy reach of the town’s historic sites, including the famous fortress. There are also rafting and canyoning opportunities on the Cetina River. Rooms are very clean and peaceful, with rustic charm and modern amenities, and daily housekeeping keeps them fresh. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help. The hotel restaurant serves a rich breakfast buffet with fresh local ingredients, along with traditional Dalmatian dishes. You can enjoy meals on the terrace while taking in the scenery. The rooftop Jacuzzi is another standout, a lovely place to unwind with those views. Hotel Villa Dvor offers a special mix of nature, comfort, and Croatian charm, and I’d highly recommend it for a stay combining relaxation, adventure, and beautiful scenery.

We’re back for our fourth stay, and Hotel Villa Dvor has become our favorite. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and the location and views are unique. Omiš’s sandy beach is within walking distance and feels less crowded than other seaside resorts in the region. Highly recommended.
