Denis, our host, was quick to help whenever we had a question and gave us lots of useful local tips. We also had fresh bread and pastries delivered each morning by a local baker, which was a lovely touch. We rented directly from Denis Tafra with a clear, professionally handled agreement, and everything worked perfectly. We were two families, four adults and five children aged 5 to 14, staying at Villa Eagle in Svinišće for a week. The house was comfortable, and we spent time every day in the amazing outdoor area. It’s in beautiful mountain surroundings, a short drive from central Omiš. We had fun rafting, found some excellent local restaurants, and went for scenic runs nearby. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend Denis and Villa Eagle, and would rent the house again if we return to Omiš.

We love the garden and beautiful surroundings, and the house has everything we want. It’s about 10-15 minutes by car from Omiš, so it’s not the spot if you’re after tourists and parties. We’ve stayed here twice already and definitely hope to come back when we can. Deniz is the best host I can imagine. We rented directly from him by bank transfer, and he shared lots of useful information and local activity contacts. He keeps improving the house every year and even follows up on suggestions.

The only small downside was the steep outdoor staircase you need to use to reach the pool and the lower-level bedroom suite. Apart from that, we had a wonderful family vacation. Denis and his wife Branka were very welcoming and helped arrange tours, along with advice about local services and conditions. Booking directly with Denis through his travel portal is also a low-risk way to save some money.

It’s secluded, but with a car Omiš is only about a 15-minute drive away, with restaurants, beaches, zip lining, rafting, and boat trips. Villa Eagle has everything you need, plus a pool and badminton to keep you busy. The villa itself is beautiful, with breathtaking views and such peaceful surroundings. It felt like a little paradise on earth, and Dennis was a perfect host. I can’t recommend it enough as a place to stay in Croatia.

We booked directly with Denis, which made the holiday much cheaper than going through a booking platform, and communication was excellent throughout. He also arranged restaurant and activity bookings, and his local help made everything easier. He even cooked us an amazing Peca dish, which made us feel so welcome. The house has everything you need and more. It’s tucked away in the mountains, yet Omiš and the activities we’d booked were only about 15 minutes away. For a trip to Omiš, this could well be the best place to stay. Denis was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. Our frequent travels around the world make us especially happy to give this place our highest recommendation.
