Apartment Green Paradise

What bothered me most was the elderly woman renting out an apartment at Mali Kijec 59 on the island of Krk. She was very unfriendly and, in my view, acted as if she could take the law into her own hands. If you park in the public lot beside her house, she rushes over, shouts, takes photos on her phone, and threatens to call the police, claiming the parking is only for apartment owners. That claim is untrue and has no legal basis, given the traffic signs there. The beach is about 1 km away, but nearby houses have concreted over parts of it and seem to be claiming it, even though the law forbids that. Apparently nobody cares. There is also a gas terminal plainly visible nearby, where large ships transfer liquefied gas. In the photo, the settlement with apartments is on the right. I believe the whole settlement would be gone if there were an accident, and this information is being withheld. I can't see how this could be a relaxing holiday. You'd have to be really desperate to come here. Never again to Krk or Croatia!
