The listed phone number didn’t work, and the different number sent in the booking email went unanswered too. I tried Viber as well, including to ask for arrival details, but couldn’t reach anyone by phone and got only vague information by message. In the end, I cancelled the trip and decided not to book. The landlord is refusing to refund me. I’ve never dealt with anything like this. I’d stay away from booking with them. One star is too much. Update: They’re now spreading lies in their reply to my review, but at least they changed the phone number. That’s a small victory, at least.

The owner welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, and helped us throughout the stay. Top service, highly recommended.
