Apartment Sanja Opatija

Super friendly, freshly renovated, and very good.

The apartment was modern and clean, although there were ants in the kitchen, which I think is due to the local climate. Our problem was the landlord’s treatment of us, which I found highly unprofessional. I won’t go into the details here, but crude insults were sent in writing and can be verified. We can’t recommend this accommodation. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt I had to this time. The landlord’s response has convinced us to use booking portals from now on instead of contacting landlords directly. Booking portals protect us from landlords like this.

The hostess was very friendly, and the apartment was nicely furnished with all the amenities. There’s a view of the sea.

The terrace was a favorite, with its sea view, barbecue, and outdoor dining area. We had breakfast there and spent lovely evenings. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, quiet, clean, cozy, and modern, with everything we could need. The pictures live up to their promise, and the furniture looked nearly new. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was fantastic. We could park right outside the door. The owners were friendly and helpful, offering plenty of useful suggestions for excursions, activities, and restaurants nearby. They speak excellent German. We felt right at home and wholeheartedly recommend the apartment.
