The owners are available if you need them, and everything is set up for a relaxing stay. The apartment is super clean and very spacious, with a full set of equipment. It’s newly built in a house and has a great balcony overlooking the sea. Opatija has a unique history and nature that you should definitely see.

The underground parking spaces are extremely limited, and showering always causes a flood, which seems to be part of the current architectural style. Still, this is a well-maintained, centrally located, newly built apartment. It’s well equipped, even toiletries are provided. Highly recommended!

The owners were friendly, and the apartment was nice. The parking lot is small.
